Café Royal Pro is recruiting a B2B Key Account Sales Specialist! If you're passionate about your work, a good listener and a good communicator, convincing and able to pass on our passion for coffee, then come and join the adventure of a start-up that doubles its sales every year!

Your missions: The mission of the Café Royal Pro Key Account Salesperson is to prospect exclusively professional Key Account customers (mainly French-speaking SMEs) in order to sell them a coffee solution.

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients, comprendre leurs besoins en matière de solution café
  • Connaître l’ensemble des solutions Café à conseiller aux prospects et aux clients
  • Ouvrir des comptes
  • Proposer et Vendre l’offre la mieux adaptée aux besoins du professionnel
  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés par la direction

Skills required

  • Good interpersonal skills on the telephone and a constant concern for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to deal with an exclusively professional clientele.
  • Ability to adapt sales pitches to the profile and reactions of each customer.
  • Knowledge of the Café and Catering sector
  • Key account experience required
  • Professional French or Native

What we are looking for

  • Job type: Permanent contract
  • Salary: €45,000 if objectifs achieved
  • Experience: Key account sales: 2 years (Required), in the coffee sector: 3 years (Ideally)
  • Education: Bac +2 (BTS, DUT, DEUG) (Desirable)
  • Come and develop your skills in a stimulating work environment:      
  • A telecommuting agreement for up to 3 days a week,
